Cindy Flannery began her real estate career in 2001 and joined Rêve, Realtors in 2018. She has extensive experience working with investors, buyers and sellers in the post-Katrina housing market and also specializes in luxury leasing for film industry professionals.

With a background as a notary closing home sales and loans in the Los Angeles area, Cindy moved back to her hometown of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. She obtained her real estate license and helped the city rebuild by working with investors and buyers renovating homes where the levees had breached, as well as with sellers of flooded homes. It was a life changing experience that served to strengthen her love of New Orleans, giving her great joy as she assisted people returning to the city.

Cindy is known by clients for her hard work and dedication to their needs, and she brings wide-ranging knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and experience to every transaction. Her honest assessment of complex situations, coupled with her problem solving abilities, have won rave reviews.

Cindy has travelled extensively, spent 12 years studying Tai Chi, Bagua and Meditation with a Taoist Master, and volunteered with many churches and charities. During the war in Northern Ireland, she served on the Board of Directors of "The Children's Friendship Project for Northern Ireland", an American nonprofit that worked with both sides for reconciliation. Now married to her high school sweetheart, she is the proud mother of two children, three stepchildren and seven grandchildren.
